Home Buyer Advantages: NO deductibles.

We provide our buyers with an express 10-year Builder’s Limited Warranty. Even in the unlikely event that we cannot perform our obligations under the warranty; our insurer will be there to assume responsibility for our performance…at no cost to you. Most other insured warranty programs require a consumer deductible, so even if your repair is covered, it still costs you money.

Binding arbitration resolves disputes quickly and easily.

We are proud of our customer service record, but should a disagreement occur, the 2-10 HBW program provides our home buyers with binding arbitration to settle disputes without costly legal services. The arbitration program allows an independent third party arbitrator to resolve disputes promptly and completely. Either party can request arbitration by submitting an $80 filing fee** that will be refunded if they prevail. The process is binding and is enforceable in a court of law.

When you sell your home...

Should you decide to sell the home, the transfer in title will not affect the remaining term of our limited warranty. The homeowner simply completes the “Subsequent Home Buyer Acknowledgement and Assignment Form” found in the warranty document. This feature can be an attractive selling point at resale for homeowners or sales agents.

Summerville, is located just 24 miles inland of Charleston, SC.  Summerville, also known as The Flower Town in the Pines because of the millions of azaleas that take bloom in the spring, and host many events throughout the year including the Flowertown Festival that coincides with The Cooper River Bridge Run in the spring and the Farmers Market in the summer. The town has several phenomenal parks including the Ashley River Park, and the Colonial Dorchester State Historic Site both located on the Ashley River. Summerville is minutes from Historic Charleston & Beaches, has a downtown square, many restaurants and is full of history making it a phenomenal place to live.

Johns Island is bordered by Wadmalaw, Seabrook, Kiawah, Edisto, Folly & James Islands and named after St. Johns Parish in Barbados. Johns Island is known for its famous Angel Oak Tree which is a Live oak thought to be hundreds if not thousands of years old as well as many farms on the island that produce tomatoes and other crops. The Stono and Kiawah rivers separate the island from its border islands. Johns Island is also in close proximity to downtown Charleston and several area beaches!

The Raleigh Plan
