Rolina Homes was founded in 2011 by Jason Fabrizio. With the home building and financial markets crumbling around the world, friends and family asked “why would you want to start a home building company now?”

The reason was simple, with over 10 years of building experience in the Charleston area and 20 years of building in the Carolinas, he wanted to start a company that was genuinely concerned with the Charleston area. We are not like the national and regional builders whom interest were not always focused on the good of the people of the Charleston community.

Jason, his wife Lynn, and their four children (Wynn, Nyna, Bronson & Cooper) wanted to have the company named after the local area they have come to love! As the ideas flew around the house it was suggested why not drop a few letters off “Carolina” and “Rolina” was born!
